Nova Floorworks
Nova FloorWorks is the commercial side of the Nova HomeWorks brand, and focuses on the installation of rubber, turf, luxury vinyl (LVP/LVT) for fitness centers, hospitals, and other businesses that range in size. No job is too small. Technicians are trained in the installation of commercial products as they are for the residential line of products, and the project manager works hand in hand with the lead technician to put ensure project timeline is right for each customer in order to finish on-time and within budget. Efficiency is key and providing great customer service before, during, and after an installation is key to the success of their business.
ABOUT Daniel Reed
Daniel’s journey in construction began at the age of 12, working alongside his father building cabinets. After high school, he entered the flooring industry professionally and has spent decades mastering his craft. Daniel has served on multiple flooring and construction boards, contributed to writing installation manuals, and tested new flooring products for leading manufacturers. He is often called upon by companies like Mohawk, Shaw, State Farm, and Allstate to perform expert inspections. Beyond his technical work, Daniel has trained and advised flooring crews across the region. Outside of work, he is a devoted father of two and an avid traveler, passionate about humanitarian work. His mission trips have taken him to places like Russia, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Cuba, the Philippines, the Dominican Republic, and Guatemala; always with a heart to help and serve.
